Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare stations for service.
  • Serve customers at the counter or register.
  • Sell our bakery products, pastries, pizzas, beverages, and other items.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Perform assigned cleaning tasks.
  • Take payments by card or cash.
  • Clean the dining room and terrace.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience required.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long hours.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in interacting with customers.
  • Knowledge of our products (training provided).
  • Team spirit is essential – positive and collaborative atmosphere, “no drama”.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
  • Participation in team activities: memorable holidays and staff parties.
