Job Responsibilities

  • Work with sourdough and organic flours.
  • Follow a tight schedule.
  • Assist in making dough for bread, pizza, focaccia, and baguettes.
  • Responsible for producing burger buns and rye bread.
  • Assist in producing brioche.
  • Assist in making viennoiseries.
  • Assist in producing desserts.
  • Bake bread, pizza, focaccia, baguettes, burger buns, and other items.
  • Refresh sourdough.
  • Prepare ingredients for the next day’s mise en place.
  • Create the mise en place list for the following day.
  • Write down orders on the dedicated order board.
  • Manage orders.
  • Perform cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Uphold the company’s values: work ethic, teamwork, and knowledge.
  • Find ways to improve existing systems.
  • Other related tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • Shaping bread, kneading dough, and scoring bread.
